About the Role

In the three month internship period you will help bridge our technology with the people we serve—seniors, families, and care providers. Your work will shape how users experience our emotional companions and ensure we’re meeting real human needs. 

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and engagement with pilot partners and senior-care facilities
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback into actionable product insights
  • Assist with product testing, demos, and customer success workflows
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on senior care, wellness, and AI companion technologies
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing market findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the product team to improve user journeys and inform product strategy

Ideal Background

  • Strong communication and empathy skills
  • Interest in elder care, psychology, or human-centered technology
  • Comfortable engaging directly with users and partners
  • Experience in business, product management, or market research a plus
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with ability to translate insights into strategy
